Chicken Chicks Lussebullar recipe

ingredients

50 g yeast
5 dl milk 3%
150 g butter
250 g quark
2 dl granulated sugar
1 g saffron (2 envelopes)
1 teaspoon salt
16 ml flour, possibly a little more raisins
1 pc egg + 1 tbsp milk for brushing

1. Heat butter and milk in a saucepan to 37 degrees (lukewarm).
2. Crumble the yeast into a roomy bowl. Pour a little of the warm milk mixture into the bowl and mix until all the yeast has dissolved. Mix in the rest of the liquid.
3. Mix cream cheese, saffron, sugar and salt.
4. Add almost all the flour, preferably a little at a time and work the dough smooth. Add more flour if needed.
6. Play with the dough, put it on someones head.
7. Cover the dough with a cloth and let rise at room temperature about 60 minutes, shorter if you can’t wait.
8. Lift the dough onto a floured surface and knead a few minutes.
9. Divide the dough into about 30 pieces. Scroll then the pieces to length, about 2 centimeters in diameter.
10. Spin in opposite ends toward the center and place them on a baking sheet that is greased or lined with parchment paper.
11. Press raisins in spin Hosts middle and then let rise for another 45 minutes until doubled in size. If you don’t want to wait, don’t do it.
12. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees celcius.
13.  Beat the egg with 1 tablespoon milk and brush the buns with the mixture.
14.  Bake in middle of oven about 5-8 minutes until they become golden brown.
15. Remove the buns and let them cool on a rack, don’t let them cool if you want them warm.
16. Buy som Swedish “Julmust” and enjoy.

How to make a BIG STEVE tomato ketchup sandwich

You need:
bread
butter
ketchup
knife
BIG smile

1/ first put the bread on the plate and spread a good helping of butter on the first bread

2/ then pour a lot of tomato ketchup on the bread making sure you cover the whole slice.

3/ butter both bits of the bread but only put ketchup on one side

4/ put both slices of bread together then cut in half.

There you have it ,one BIG STEVE tomato ketchup sandwich

Ideal from mid morning snack to lunch time or any time of the day, you can use any brand of ketchup but Heinz is the best in the world so I suggest you don’t use anything other than that.
